DAYTIME EARTH IMAGERY

TZTool reprojects it to Web Mercator and generates optimized display sizes.

City lights show the historical 2016 composite. They are not live observations.
TZTool calculates the current day/night boundary separately and blends the
daytime and nighttime rasters using the same Web Mercator projection.
